In sessions, we may explore:
Existential and spiritual questions without judgment
Somatic and mindfulness-based presence work
IFS-informed parts work to integrate conflicting inner voices
Shadow work, grief, or ego identity shifts
Embodied practices for accessing stillness, clarity, or insight
You’re Already on the Path
There’s no need to rush or have the answers. Therapy can be a grounded space to meet yourself as you are — curious, confused, expanding, or all of the above.
Sessions are available online across BC and in-person in Victoria.
